How to get there
Situated around 100 km S/W of Stockholm. The easiest way to get here is to drive. Although there are buses and trains, we recommend a car in order to explore the surrounding area, get your shopping done and to make the most of it.
By Airplane
Stockholm Skavsta Airport - around 45 km, 45 min drive via Route 53 to Sparreholm and then Route 57.
Västerås Airport - around 100 km, 1 hour 25 min drive, also train connection to Flen
Stockholm Arlanda Airport - around 150km, 1 hour 50 min by car
Flying times from most European airports is around 1-2 hours, including London, Amsterdam and Berlin
From Stockholm
By car - Around100 km south west of Stockholm it is easily reached by car taking the E4 and Route 57.
By train - From Stockholm Central Station, take the train to Flen, and then either bus or taxi about 9km Time: around 55 min to Flen
By commuter train (pendel tåg) - take the train from Stockholm Central Station to Gnesta and then bus to Töverstavägen or Sjöviksvägen. Time: from 35 min to Gnesta.
By Bike
Cycle right up to your Cabin (locked storage both for your bikes and any equipments can be arranged) Näckrosleden is a 700 km long bike route consisting of 14 different sections across Sörmland. It passes through many of Sörmland’s most prominent sights including small towns, villages, castles, churches, historical sights. It runs through beautiful rolling country side, woodlands and forests with plenty of stunning scenery and lots of water. Bikes can be hired at various places including Nyköping (near the airport)
