• Bookings are priced per cabin, per night, for maximum 2 people in twin beds

• Deposit of 50% is payable at time of booking. Remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

• Cancellation with 10 weeks notice are refundable in full. 50% refunded for cancellations with 4 - 10 weeks notice. No refunds for cancellations with less than 4 weeks notice.

• Shared facilities are located in the main house (around 40 meters) and include: shower and separate toilet, basic kitchen amenities (fridge, microwave, toaster, tea and coffee makers, one ringed hob) crockery and utensils. Table and chairs. BBQ

• The 2 roomed Cabin has a lower ceiling and may not be suitable for very tall people.

• Töverstavik is set in its own privat ground. There are numerous trees and the natural ground is uneven in places, care must be taken to avoid trips, slips and injury. (we take no responsibility for any injuries, however these are caused)

• Use of the sauna and an evening in Lappkåtan is by prior arrangement only and is subject to an extra charge.

• There is a slope down to the lake where the water is 2+ meters deep and you must take care if swimming.

• We live in the main building and will generally be on hand for any questions.
